Zero100 Announces New Advisory Board Member

Zero100, a leading supply chain intelligence firm, has today announced that Willem Uijen, Chief Supply Chain and Operations Officer at Unilever, has been appointed to the Zero100 Advisory Board.

With over 25 years at Unilever, Willem brings unmatched expertise across all supply chain disciplines, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, planning, and customer service. His transformative leadership and unwavering commitment to sustainability have set new standards in global supply chain resilience and innovation.

“Willem joins us at a pivotal moment for global supply chains,” said Olly Sloboda, Chief Executive Officer of Zero100. “The complexity and urgency of today’s challenges demand bold leadership and collaboration. Willem’s unparalleled experience and innovative mindset will help Zero100 drive meaningful change and equip organisations to navigate this new era.”

Commenting on his new role, Willem said, “The supply chain is the backbone of the modern economy, and its transformation has never been more critical. The work Zero100 is doing to unite leaders and push the boundaries of what’s possible is inspiring. I am excited to contribute my experience to help shape the future of supply chains, making them truly resilient, sustainable, and fit for the challenges of tomorrow.”

Willem is replacing Reginaldo Ecclissato, President, 1 Unilever Markets, who was appointed to the Zero100 Advisory Board in March 2022.

In his current role at Unilever, Willem oversees the company’s global supply chain operations, supporting the creation of more than 400 brands sold in over 190 countries. Prior to this, Willem served as Chief Procurement Officer from 2022 to 2024.

Willem’s career includes leadership roles spanning multiple continents, including Executive Director of Supply Chain at Hindustan Unilever, and Vice President of Supply Chain for Mexico and the Caribbean, and for Home Care Supply Chain Latin America.

The appointment follows Zero100’s announcement last month of a growth investment from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a global private equity firm with a strong track record of supporting data, information services, and ed-tech businesses. The investment, made in partnership with Zero100’s founders and existing management team, will enable the company to build on its rapid market momentum.
