Digital trade solutions provider Community Network Services (CNS) and SeaRates, developers of ground-breaking digital Freight Management services, both DP World companies, announce the launch of CNS Enterprise, an innovative cloud-based suite of services to streamline workflows, in a single unified logistics ecosystem.
CNS Enterprise empowers users to manage customs and freight movement tasks seamlessly, benefiting from an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system powered by SeaRates ERP.
CNS Enterprise is a cost-effective, competitively priced, single online solution specifically designed for the logistics and freight forwarding industry. It aims to address the unique needs and challenges logistics companies face in managing their costs by integrating essential functionalities like customs management, freight forwarding, and financial management within a single, integrated platform.
CNS Enterprise will be available to customers from 22 October, enabling businesses to manage their entire supply chain in one place. It offers a comprehensive suite of tools that unify everything from customs declarations and cross-border movements to account management and sales with its built-in CRM. Financial tasks are simplified with integrated accounting, billing, invoicing, and quotation generation. Shipping is efficient with organised document management, tracking, and direct booking options for land, sea, and air shipments. Real-time updates on sailing schedules and all freight movement milestones provide complete shipment visibility.
The new end-to-end management suite will allow CNS to further extend its reach into the UK supply chain and strengthen its position in the cloud solutions market. It will help customers and the ports and logistics sectors make their business processes faster, more efficient, and more profitable.
Matthew Bradley, Managing Director, CNS, said: “We’re delighted to partner with SeaRates ERP to launch CNS Enterprise, designed to be a single home for our customers to make their cargo journeys more seamless and accessible. Sitting alongside our customs declarations and port community systems, CNS Enterprise will give our customers a genuine competitive advantage in an uncertain market, ensuring their supply chain journey is smoother and easier to manage.”
Ayaz Maqbool, Group Senior Vice President – Digital Product Sales, DP World said: “At a time when the pressure to manage costs, maintain reliability and improve speed has never been greater for businesses, CNS Enterprise will give all vendors, whether large or small, the tools to efficiently manage cargo transportation from source to destination. Not only are we giving them the ability to take control of their own end-to-end supply chain network, but we also look forward to working closely with CNS to drive forward our joint competitiveness in the cloud solutions market with a quality product.”
The launch of CNS Enterprise follows CNS’ integration with CCS UK in February earlier this year, enhancing its customs management system by connecting its UK air cargo system with its ports management system.
