Samantha (Sam) Brocklehurst is the Director of Customer Experience for Maersk UK & Ireland and has over 15 years’ commercial experience in the shipping & logistics industry. Sam has a strong background in organisational transformation and its accompanying culture change, and is particularly passionate about authentic customer centricity, as demonstrated consistently across her high performing, empowered and engaged teams.
During her eight-year tenure within A.P. Moller Maersk, Sam has successfully developed an innovative comprehensive virtual training programme focused on strengthening internal commercial networks globally, contributed in setting up Maersk’s Commercial Academy, and radically transformed her organisation’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) within the space of eighteen months.
